Ace Frehley - "Origins Vol 2"

 

Another cover album by Mr Frehley and who may needs it? Hardcore KISS fans is my first thought and all of us who like to listen to well known songs such as "Lola" (KINKS), "Politician" (CREAM) etc by an artist who interpreters them through his own classic rock vision. The covers are mostly close to the originals, but they have the man's own creative spirit and the album is an easy listener, as long as you don't care for well played covers with a small twist. Unnecessary maybe, enjoyable definitely.
